Description

When trying to enter a URL for URL DocSum Summarization, a connection error occurs in the megaservice backend that seems to disconnect the UI from the backend, thereby preventing the URL reading from passing through to the megaservice

Reproduce steps

  1. From inside GenAIComps, run docker build -t opea/llm-docsum:latest --build-arg https_proxy=$https_proxy --build-arg http_proxy=$http_proxy -f comps/llms/src/doc-summarization/Dockerfile . to rebuild after making the change in step one.
  2. Follow the steps from this README to build / compose microservices for DocSum
  3. Launch the Gradio UI and enter a URL in the URL summarization tab, click generate. Then view the logs in the docsum-xeon-backend-server container.

This is the opentelemetry connection refused.

The metrics trace failed to be collected.

The doc-sum functionality is not affected by this.

Do you know how to disable or workaround it? Thanks
