A test set has been added which should have distinctly "bad" and "good" sites- i.e. the "good" sites should always be selected and the "bad" sites should never be selected. Tests should be added to test these properties are reflected in the outcomes of rank_sites! with a range of criteria weightings and for each of the MCDA algorithms implemented in ADRIA.
