Improve validation on Add Property page

Current behavior: On the Add Property page, the only validation that occurs is to ensure that the required fields aren't blank.

Recommended behavior: It would be nice if the address could be searched with the USPS address validation service and then for the user to be given one or more options of a validated/standardized address. Or, if the user doesn't use the USPS tool, maybe there could still be validation to ensure that the ZIP code is 5 or 9 digits, for example.
