We'd like to talk to someone who knows about measuring water quality in the Chicago River.

We're interested in building a statistical model of the water quality at different places along the Chicago River.

Abby Crisostomo from the Metropolitan Planning Council may be familiar with someone who would be suited to help. She was in attendance on Tuesday night and expressed interest in this project with respect to being an SME of sorts.

Here's her profile (with contact info) on the MPC website.

This issue needs more detail to make it easy for people to understand what you need.

What do you mean by 'water quality'? Maybe list a bunch of questions you want answered?
