Summary

There is still some leftover QA code for uploading challenges to S3. Let's see how much work it is to re-enable this, and possibly allow community-submitted challenges.

Relevant code: scripts/daily_challenges/migrate_daily_challenge_from_staging.coffee

Challenges were indeed in S3, and we don't appear to have access to them in the repo.
