[Discussion] Provide in OOAPI data object(s) for a student's personal learning path

Problem statement
Currently, students enlist for a specific study program, with a set program and cadence prepared for them. However, it is not uncommon for students to deviate from the path laid out in a program, like suffering a delay on some course completions or picking up different or additional courses. Currently, the OOAPI is not optimized to provide and interface for a student's personal learning path.

Preferred outcome
In the working group we'd like to discuss possible solutions to account for a student's personal learning path, also taking into account that a student may not be following all courses at a single institution. We'd like to explore interfacing with a Curriculum Informatie Systeem: CIS
