Menu items not displayed in side menu #26

This is because it's a pain to have to click through several side menus to get to the Bonsai workflows.

I thought we would be able to make cross-references to document sections, i.e.

Define .. _miniscope-daq: in data-acq-hardware.rst
Add entry to the TOC like : Miniscope DAQ <https://open-ephys.github.io/miniscope-docs/overview/data-acq-hardware.html#miniscope-daq>_

But it seems the TOC only accepts rst document names.
I can't tell if this gets us anywhere:
