Under https://opengitops.dev/get-involved the "Attend a Working Group or Committee meeting" leads to a page that doesn't exist

This duplicates #41

Since we're moving from gitops-working-group to cncf/tag-app-delivery/gitops-wg, #41 proposes changing from

to
