Documentation📄: Incorporate KubeArmor-Integration docs into OH docs landing page

What is the current documentation state?

Prerequistes:

• the kubearmor-integration repo creates a /docs directory (see Create a kubearmor-integrations /docs directory  kubearmor-integration#2 )
• a GHA action to copy those docs to the OH Docs repo (see Feature Request: Create a GitHub Action to incorporate KubeArmor-Integration docs #304 )

The https://open-horizon.github.io/docs/index.html should be enhanced with an Integrations card that links to the KubeArmor docs.

open-horizon/kubearmor-integration#13
