need a bit of help with rbd performance and disabled settings to mimic ceph-iscsi gateway settings. #706

I have also that the performance of the iscsi device is considerable different than an rbd map.

I have build tcmu-runner from the spec file with only rbd support because I saw some github issues where read only attributes where changed to get better performance and because this ceph-iscsi is 'reconfiguring' attributes[1]. However I don't really get how/where I should apply such settings.

/backstores/u...bd/editscsi03> set attribute hw_max_sectors=512
Parameter hw_max_sectors is read-only.

Any advise is welcome
