Pub/Sub for admission events

Describe the solution you'd like
I'd like to be able to use pub-sub interface for admission events - both denied and allowed events - the same way OPA decision-logs work. In my use-case those are more important than audit events

Anything else you would like to add:
Do you know of any existing limitations to the pub-sub interface? Open to any suggestions that won't require extreme effort.
