making the source a bit easier for openmc users #11

Currently when making a PlasmaSource() there are some additional steps needed to make it into an openmc source object.

I'm wondering if we can include these within the package so that the plasma source returns an openmc.source object

source = openmc.Source()
source.library = SOURCE_SAMPLING_PATH
source.parameters = str(my_plasma)
