How to use OpenTelemetry contrib repo's available plugins into OpenTelemetry Core repo

Hello,

Is there any way to use Particular exporter(ex: OpenSearch Exporter) which is available in Open Telemetry Contrib repo into Open telemetry Core Repo. I want to use this plugin into core repo and build it and use OpenSearch exporter in OpenTelemetry Core repo.
