This is a tracking issue that describes migration from body fields to attributes on events.

Logs/Events guidance on what to put to attributes vs body #1651 - we need to document the conclusion (attributes is the way to go)
Tooling changes - we should support defining complex attributes instead of bodies in semantic conventions in schema and weaver
Migrate existing events
- device lifecycle - flat, not blocked by tooling
- feature flags - union type, but flat value
- azure - mostly flat with identity being json blob
- gen ai - complex
