Hello, when I was using cooltools to get the TAD of hic data, the following error occurred:
IndexError: index 0 is out of bounds for axis 0 with size 0

Check the previous discussion board, the cooltools has been updated to the latest version, but there is still this error, may I ask what is the reason?

hi @shRDJr , more information is needed to be able to be able to provide assistance. What dataset are you using? Were you able to run various tutorial notebooks?
