Intro and agenda section

During the first hour, while most participants are arriving, we start setting up the agenda with post-its. We then ask participants what section are they interested in and asign a room and a time slot. Each section has exactly 55 minutes + 5 minutes to switch rooms. Everything is allowed: Tradtional PowerPoint talk, free speech, discussion, demo on real hardware or software, etc.. It is highly appreciated to allow discussions or at least feed-back from the audiance. If people don't like it, they can "vote with their feet" that means go away and join another session.
