Running a project "Model based, agile & open sourced" in an environment that is mostly the opposite of all of the 3 and more like "Pre-determined", "stricktly planned", & "need to know" is not easy. So there have been highs and lows. This section will discuss the ITEA frame work, funding , leadership issues and so on. Especially we want to talk about expectations that have been disappointed or those that have been met or even exceeded. Leraning experiance that will help us for future project in a similar or different setting.
