Templates GitHub missing after has changed their uploading policy for non versioned files.

Jonas, there are none of the templates any more available, which had been uploaded in the non-version controlled section of this repository.
We should either upload all those again back in the version controlled section of this repository or make the repository non visible, in order to avoid making people searching for files in vain, which are not available any more.
Or we should upload those templates somewhere else, but I think a separate “template” section like this is quite useful.

Hi,
this repository never contained any templates, except the wiki. This repository is the one to be cloned, once a news project is created. I therefore don't think we need a downloads section, as the use is mainly for admintsrators .
