  • Create one repo: openalto
  • Rename repo ietf-hackathon --> community
  • Create community/ietf folder and move there everything that was in ietf-hackathon
  • Move content of sextant and alto to openalto
  • Create a openalto/README file describing what the project is.
  • Clean up all legacy 27 repos from the organization

Is it OK to just rename the alto repo to openalto? It seems that the structure of the current alto repo is similar to what we proposed for the openalto repo. We can restructure the repo based on the current alto repo and keep all the historical commits.
