Expected Behavior: In 2 in 1 PCs, users are not able to enter their signature within HIP using fingers. The mouse functionality works, but using a finger does not.

How to Reproduce the Issue:

Use a finger on your 2 in 1 PC to sign signatures.

Steps to Reproduce:

Use a finger on your 2 in 1 PC to sign signatures. Please contact Aaron Ballinger for any assistance to reproduce the issue.

this has been resolved in 1.3.1-M10 .
