• User must be able to define rows and columns for static grid

• Column within the grid should support Text Boxes, Combo/radio boxes, Check boxes, Date, etc.

User should be able to define questions that have repetitive answers in a tabular format.
These questions could be of the following types:

1. Radio
2. Checkbox
3. Text box
