The zoom to extent button on the provider card no longer works.

This previously worked in the SPA version of explorer and can be found here:

openaq-explorer/src/components/MapCards/ProvidersCard.jsx

Line 63 in b73afd6

function zoomToExtent() {

When multiple providers are selected the bounding boxes must be dissolved so the extent reflect all selected providers.
