Automatically classify auto-responder emails

Most govt departments have auto-responder that they got the request

WOuld it be possible to set a template that what the automatic response is and that then marks it automatically it's been acknowledged.

This would help reading the long trail of request / responses that consits a lot of automated acknowledgements which are good otherwise.
