Flashing with DevCube v1.8.4 doesn't work #60
Comments
Where did you find v1.8.3 |
I can Confirm not getting the board to boot using 1.8.4 the latest release of this repo and the current flashing instructions |
@JishinMaster Where did you find the older version? |
Maybe it should be hosted on openbouffalo's github? |
We'll be putting it on the OpenBouffalo wiki soon |
Couple notes: the link to 1.8.3 is no longer valid, it gives me 404. However, flashing works okay with the latest 1.8.5. |
Erm, I may have hurried a bit with this. While flashing works in the sense that it reports success, I can't get the system to boot. So where can 1.8.3 be obtained now that the link is broken? |
Hi @rtfb, You can download 1.8.3 now from https://openbouffalo.org/static-assets/bldevcube/BouffaloLabDevCube-v1.8.3.zip which I will update the repo README with and also place it on our wiki, Thanks for letting us know! |
Thanks! v1.8.3 worked like a charm, Ox64 booted on the first try. |
Hi All: Thanks for the awesome work! Successful flashing of Ox64 seems to depend on 3 things:
I have documented the details in this article. Thanks! :-) "Ox64 BL808 RISC-V SBC: Booting Linux and (maybe) Apache NuttX RTOS" |
Hello all,
|
Flashing with DevCube v1.8.4 results in a working M0 but a completely dead D0 when following the instructions in the readme.
Verified by two Discord members, who failed to get D0 to boot when using v1.8.4 but after grabbing v1.8.3 were successful
