Be able to change the amount of time that email gets triggered after partial misses.

Be able to change the amount of time before an email is triggered when partials are missed. Currently this is set at 60 minutes, but would be nice that this is a dropdown with 15/30/60/120 minutes or have an open time field. With this field the user can select more or less time before the email will be send out.
