We plan to move production PV_Live
from on-prem:  https://api.solar.sheffield.ac.uk/pvlive/
to the cloud: https://api.pvlive.uk/pvlive/
at 18:00  Mon 2 Dec 2024

The old one stays online until 17th Feb.

We need to

Update secrets for PVConsumer
Update code or package in GSPConsumer
