We've found that after a few months the API and Airflow servers tend to freeze.
This is probably due to memory shortage / leak.

API runs Fast API, and Airflow server runs airflow.

Potential solution is to

make sure versions are the latest
Periodically 1. Spin up ELB servers to 2, then spin down to 1. Hopefulyl oldest gets shut down (but need to check).
