Extend to 40 hours

Detailed Description

Could we extend the forecast to 40 hours easily? Can we get the NWP data to 4 hours?
If we extend to 40 hours, then at 08.00 in the morning we would go to 00:00 the next wevening, so completely cover DA.

Context

• our big training data only goes to 35 hours out,
• live data is often 2 hours out, so we currently only have forecasts to 30 hours.

Possible Implementation

• get more NWP data, @devsjc how easy is it to expand to
• from hours 35-40 we could just use the 35 hour model. The 35 hour model might trust the NWP more than they should for 4 hours out, but its probably ok for a quick win
