I have been trying to run fastFVA (I installed verions R2019b together with CPLEX 12.10. ), and I'm nearly there, but I'm getting the following error:
368 else
Invalid MEX-file 'C:\Users\kamoo\cobratoolbox\binary\win64\bin\fastFVA\cplexFVA128.mexw64': The specified module could not be found.
Error in fastFVA (line 369)
[minFlux, maxFlux, optsol, ret] = FVAc(c, A, b, csense, lb, ub, ...
I saw that someone had a similar issue with gplk, I believe. However, I didn't install anything additionally (thus I don't think I could have ''added the wrong DLL file''. Also, the MEX file that the error refers to is inside the folder, so I don't understand why it's complaining..
I hereby confirm that I have:
[x ] Tried to solve the issue on my own
[ x] Retried to run my code with the latest version of The COBRA Toolbox
[x ] Checked that a similar issue has not already been opened
