  • Election is documented at OCI TOB Election 2025 #145.
  • Members were sorted alphabetical by last name.
  • Emeritus updated to only show end date since many people served for much more than 2 years.

Fixes #145.

I think we can merge this and then elect a Chair; I don't think that needs to be blocking.
