Import recipes for crawling & indexing

Quite a few people already create their own recipe collections. It'd be great if it were possible to import these into the application.

In some cases this could invoke crawling of the original recipe source. In other cases, where all metadata is available from the user's collection, the recipes could be indexed directly from the import source.
