How to handle devices with 3 sensors attached? Maybe add a third sensor field to devices.sensor.community? #117
Comments
Hello @linuxlurak , please send an email to tech (at) sensor.community with the chipID of your device and that we should add the third component. At the moment we need to do this manually. Unfortunately it's not done with only adding a third field. |
Hallo @ricki-z |
@ricki-z is it still need to be done manually? If yes then it must be added to configuration manual of DNMS. |
@DeeKey At the moment it's still done manually. Someone is working on it but I can't tell you when it's working. |
Not possible automatically register all 3 sensors (PM, BME280 and DNMS) opendata-stuttgart#117
Added note to DNMS manual about the issue. |
This issue still lingers around in the DNMS manual. Is it resolved or not ? We = Open Knowledge Belgium / Civic Lab Brussels / InfluencAir project (restarted) + Beweging.net / LUCHTPIJP project (never stopped since 2018) |
@RikDrabs it is now possible to add the third component at initial registration. So the roll out should be possible. |
Hi
I have a device with three sensors: SDS011, LAeq (noise, Lärm) and BME280 on a nodemsu running Feinstaubsensor FW NRZ-2020-129. It works flawlessly. on devices.sensor.community i am able to setup two types of sensors. An additional filed for a third sensor type would be great, what do you think?
Thanks for the great work you are doing!
