Data Send Return "Connection Failed"

Hello,

I have an issue from my Particulate sensor, it suddenly failed to send data to the server for unknown reasons. When I checked from the browser, the system is working properly but it shows its error below that "Data Send Return" says connection failed.

What should be the problem, is is on the server where my particulate data was failed to send? My particulate sensor number ID is 14136726.

kindly help me how to resolve this. Thank You
