This job, and the quarterly jobs, don't ping on-call (even tho we're in the description it didn't ping me) or post to Slack. Need to do some work around this, I found https://github.com/peter-evans/create-pull-request/blob/main/docs/concepts-guidelines.md#triggering-further-workflow-runs
