This is the second hotfix for 2020.2. It includes the following security fix as well as all the features and fixes found in the earlier version of 2020.2:

A security bug fix where the new LIST_USERS ACL permission check was not implemented in the userquery REST API. This API is primarily used by the New Search UI to support the User Selector controls.

Please note that administrators need to go to the security manager and grant the LIST_USERS ACL to users who need to search and select from User selector controls available in the new UI (Filter by Owner, Advanced search user selectors).
