Can you add some documentation about what this does and how to use it? I'm trying to figure out if it would be useful to integrate into our human coding interface in any way.

Sure, We are working to submit our work on WWW (24th Oct) and write a paper
on it. Can you please recommend some existing work on it?

At a minimum there needs to be enough documentation on the github page for
the code to allow someone to understand how to install and use the code.
So there need to be instructions for that, input format instructions, and
then how the output is formatted. There are lots of examples there in the
OEDA pages for what Andy needs so he can evaluate this.
