Repro Steps:

  • Create a user with the following username øÜêþЯЂў
  • Use GetDirectory with SystemDirectory.DESKTOP, SystemDirectory.DOCUMENTS, SystemDirectory.FONTS or SystemDirectory.USER within a game while running in that user account
  • Notice crash

PR incoming with fix.
