How do we distinguish different sellers in a fresh produce market ?

Ideas :

• Some OSM contributors have a knack, specific skills in indoor mapping ( think shopping mall, train station ) It could help to give ideas about that specific case.

• Maybe cities have data since they're probably the one granting the authorization/license for a market's seller to set up on a specific spot they surely have map ( albeit rudimentary ) I'd imagine that's even a high stake issue when a spot is freed, best spots must be highly thought after, so they must have a process .

• For those with contacts in the OSM community, float the idea of a "projet du mois", at least to think about the process, good practices, to make it less time consuming for those wishing to work on this in order to use it in Open Price.
