Robotoff suggestions in the product page for categories and labels should have a link to the page for the suggested value. For example, a suggestion to add the label "USDA Organic" should link to https://world.openfoodfacts.org/label/usda-organic (in the correct language and country).
Linking to the page lets the user verify the suggestion against other examples and additional information (such as definitions, hierarchy, logo images) on the page.
Some suggestions should not be linked, including packaging and quantity. Whether there is a link should be visually apparent (e.g. by underlining).
