feat: use wordpress for static pages

What

Experience of using Wordpress as a CMS for static pages. Page content is retrieved from the API.
The goal is to render the page as close as it is displayed in the Gutenberg editor.

• WPML set up
• Procedure to migrate off-web pages to wordpress
• Enable handling redirects in openfoodfacts-web #10539
• Crowdin integration (on WPML side)
• Verify URL translations works

As the language is already present at the front of the website, I will change it to content/contribute are you ok ?

Hum, no this is a bad idea, because in case a pages does not exists in a language, this is the way we use to fallback to english, so I won't touch it…
