This wreaks havoc on the site and makes it impossible to moderate. There's a never ending constant inflow of edited products that don't actually have any changes to be reviewed. They hide amongst them the products that did actually get edited and should be reviewed. The default of 25 products per page is surpassed all the time, as, within a few hours, over 25 products have been newly edited, where, in reality, nothing changed in most of them. Sorting products by last edit is now impossible, as the real last edit isn't one of the foodless ones, but one that did change something a longer time ago. Sorting products is vital and a necessity to making any sense of the site. It's impossible to contribute to a set of products without sorting them. Thus, not being able to sort them by last edit anymore, as of now that foodless has gone rampant, is very damaging.

It's crucial to stop edits that don't change anything from being logged, consisting of just saving the page as it is.
