Add ingredients_tags to CSV search output

Problem

The ingredients_tags fields is not available in the csv output (for many other fields there are _tags fields). This field is essential if one wants to de set analysis on the ingredients.

An example of such an analysis can be found here.

PS did this before. Anything changed? Or maybe I used Mirabelle.
