I don't know Brevo, but is it clear (in the ToS) that users that sign up for OFF would be added to Brevo? Since it looks like a cloud service, do they need to be added as a sub-processor to the GDPR statement? |
At the moment, when they opt in to the newsletter, they do opt in. We don't indicate directly the sub-processor in the signup process, but in the ToS and legal pages. |
I think it's been resolved by #8856. Can we close this? |

No the title of #8856 is misleading @teolemon it subscribe users directly to brevo. But we may have to do a last export between last export and deployment of @MonalikaPatnaik branch ! |
@alexgarel @galnaf and I are wondering again. I can't see any emails from recent signups, only the blog. |
