Manufacturers are becoming increasingly comfortable at verifying their data through the Pro platform, regularly using useful facets such as :
https://world.pro.openfoodfacts.org/categories
https://world.pro.openfoodfacts.org/ingredients

While it's easy to identify categories / ingredients that are unrecognised in OFF, it's more difficult to correct them: you have to go to each of the product sheets 1 by 1 and make the changes by hand.

I propose an idea that would allow users to correct several entries at once, by giving them the option of browsing the list of categories (or ingredients) recognised by Open Food Facts, and choosing to replace their unknown entry with a known entry, for all the products containing the category / ingredients.

It seems to me that this feature would be useful for super users too, not just professionals.
