Image cropper seems slower

Hi everyone,

On my iPhone, there is a slight delay when I try to crop or even rotate the image.
It's difficult to record a video, as it's only a perception, but it's clearly slower.

I think adding some animations could do the trick for the rotating part.

Maybe related to the issue with Flutter 3.10.6
