We should show the traces fields in edit and view modes

What

• We should add a "traces" field in the ingredients editing section of the app. The information in this field needs to stay in sync with the server, especially just after ingredient extraction.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

• Go to the 'Ingredients' tab in the editing section.
• There is no option to add/edit "traces" information.
• Extract ingredients if not already done.
• Notice that the "traces" field is still not present or not in sync with the server.

Expected behavior

• A "traces" field should be available in the ingredients editing section even if no ingredients are present yet.
• Any changes to this field should be synchronized with the server.

• a free text?
• directly computed from the OCR?
