It's currently impossible to add polyols as a nutrient. See: https://openfoodfacts.slack.com/archives/C02KVRT2C/p1703785132094999

Aren't nutrients coming from Product Opener taxonomies?

Needs #4928 (3.3.0) so that we can upgrade to 3.3.1 (with polyols).
