When using "DEV" server for Open Prices, images are still fetched from PROD server #5560

What

Images are not displayed when using "DEV" server for Open Prices (in dev settings).
It looks like we're always using https://prices.openfoodfacts.org as base domain, instead of https://prices.openfoodfacts.net.
