Add product type to matomo messages?

Problem

We're increasingly supporting non-food products in Smoothie, through the new product type.
We currently don't send the product type value to matomo messages.

Proposed solution

• Should we add the product type to matomo messages? Is that worth it, are we able to send / to use / to integrate into our reports that extra data?
• Should we use different matomo "instances", each for a distinct single product type?

Related would be whether it has a Nutri-Score or not and eco-score or not, so that we could say, this year, we displayed x million eco-score using the app

@teolemon It looks like we would need dimensions in Matomo. Could you please check if you would see dimensions on reports?
Then we would agree on the keys (and potentially some values).
