✨(frontend) add "purchased" flag on learner dashboard course item

Feature Request

Learner dashboard course page display enrollment (purchased or not) and orders (purchased trainings).
It's possible to purchase a enrollment's certificate from this page.
The problem is that we cannot distinct purchased enrollment from regular one.

We need a flag, on the course item that indicate if this item have been purchased or not.
